As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, I bring over 25 years of experience in counseling, crisis management, and program development. Certified as a Qualified Supervisor in Florida, I have extensive expertise working with law enforcement, first responders, military personnel, veterans, and individuals across all ages—from teens to seniors. My eclectic approach includes EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and more, tailored to address depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and self-esteem issues. I am licensed in Florida, Washington, and Ohio to offer in-person and telehealth counseling for clients aged 16-95.
