As a clinically certified trauma specialist, LPCC, and LADC, I offer expert support for managing mental health and substance use challenges. I help clients identify where trauma resides in the body and develop mindful awareness of mind and body to foster healing. Currently training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I guide clients in understanding and healing their inner parts—wounded, protector, proactive, and reactive—to promote lasting change.
