My approach is intersectional, relational, and pluralistic, integrating frameworks like psychodynamics, parts work, attachment theory, and somatics. I prioritize building authentic, transparent relationships grounded in your safety and respect. I honor and affirm your lived experiences, viewing you as the expert of your journey. Specializing in trauma, especially within helping professions and education, I support clients navigating intergenerational and secondary trauma. Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1, I also help with anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions. I am kink-aware, poly-affirming, and committed to harm reduction and transformative justice.
