As a licensed couples and family therapist, I specialize in resolving relational conflicts, navigating life transitions, and treating anxiety disorders. With experience as a Supervisor at a Community Mental Health Agency and at St. Vincent’s Hospital IOP, I am also a Certified Divorce and Family Mediator and Discernment Counselor. I understand life's challenges can lead to feelings of disconnection and loneliness. My compassionate, collaborative approach aims to identify and break negative patterns, fostering positive change. Together, we’ll explore new pathways toward connection, satisfaction, and peace. As a dedicated wife and parent, I bring empathy and understanding to every session.
