I specialize in treating a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, OCD, and self-esteem issues. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, CPT, and Psychodrama, with foundational training in DBT. I offer individual, group, and family therapy to improve behaviors and strengthen family dynamics. Passionate about adolescent and family care, I am also dedicated to providing LGBTQIA+ affirmative services, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for all clients.
