With over 19 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults across all life stages—young, middle-aged, and seniors—dealing with challenges related to mood, anxiety, self-esteem, and adult development. My extensive training includes graduate studies at UC Berkeley and post-graduate work at the San Francisco and San Diego Psychoanalytic Institutes. I have served as faculty at SDSU and currently teach as a Voluntary Clinical Lecturer at UC San Diego’s Department of Psychiatry.
