Navigating life’s challenges can be daunting, and seeking help shows strength. I provide a compassionate, virtual space where you can explore your authentic self. As a clinical social worker and doctoral student in education, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My trauma-informed, strengths-based approach recognizes the complex intersections of identity. With personal experience living with nonverbal learning disorder (NVLD), I understand the unique perspectives of clients with diverse ways of thinking. Together, we’ll work toward growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
