Welcome! With over 25 years of experience, I provide compassionate psychotherapy for adults managing depression, anxiety, and stress. LGBTQ clients are always welcome. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through conception, pregnancy, postpartum, adoption, and infertility challenges. I also work with birthparents, adoptive families, and those navigating identity, reunion, and grief. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker with an MPH in Maternal/Child Health, I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, including evenings and weekends.
