A multidisciplinary publication and professional platform spanning every force that shapes human understanding
Psychology Aisle began with a simple observation: the most important conversations about human behavior were happening in silos. Neuroscientists weren't talking to financial therapists. Leadership coaches weren't reading the same journals as astrologers. And yet, all of these disciplines were studying the same thing — the human being.
We built a supermarket of ideas. Twelve aisles, each representing a distinct discipline of human understanding — placed side by side, the way a supermarket places produce next to medicine, philosophy next to finance. The result is a publication unlike any other: one where a neurologist and a metaphysics practitioner exist in the same ecosystem, reaching the same reader.
From our first issue, distributed in airline lounges across the United States, the response was the same: I didn't know there was a place that held all of this together. That's Psychology Aisle.
"We didn't want to be another psychology magazine. We wanted to be the one that didn't make you choose which part of yourself to leave at the door."
Psychology Aisle operates as three interconnected products that reinforce each other.
Quarterly issues distributed in Delta, United, and American Airlines lounges nationwide since 2022. Long-form articles, practitioner interviews, and research synthesis across 12 disciplines — written for clinicians and intellectually curious readers alike.
6,390+ licensed therapists, psychologists, coaches, and alternative health practitioners — organized by specialty, aisle, and location. The only directory that categorizes professionals by all 12 dimensions of human experience, not just clinical specialty.
From free community listings to featured expert profiles and quarterly article contributions — a tiered membership for practitioners who want more than a directory entry. Visibility, credibility, and thought leadership in one ecosystem.
Like a periodic table for human behavior — every force that shapes who we are, organized into one navigable system. Four engines power all 12 aisles.
Every one of Psychology Aisle's 12 disciplines draws from one or more of these engines. The universe map shows how they orbit each other — not in hierarchy, but in relationship.
Each aisle is a discipline — with its own articles, professionals, and community. Together they form the complete map.
Since 2022, Psychology Aisle has been placed in airline lounges across the United States — reaching travelers at their most thoughtful, most reflective moments.
"To make the full complexity of human experience navigable — for practitioners, patients, and curious minds alike."
We believe that no single discipline holds the complete picture of who we are. Psychology Aisle exists to hold all of them — together, in one place, without hierarchy.
