As a mother myself, I have a deep understanding of women’s mental health and hold a Perinatal Mental Health specialization through Postpartum Support International. Certified in Level One Internal Family Systems (IFS), I guide clients to connect with their authentic selves, make value-driven decisions, and foster inner healing. Together, we create a safe, empowering space to explore challenges, access inner wisdom, and embrace growth and transformation.
