Specializing in spiritual, faith-based, and pastoral counseling for adults, I offer flexible Saturday sessions for busy professionals. Together, we’ll explore your feelings, identify patterns, and develop personalized strategies utilizing psychotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and body awareness to support your emotional and spiritual growth.
