I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, board-certified Art Therapist, and Psychotherapist specializing in trauma, systemic issues, and mental health. With degrees from Lesley University and ongoing doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology, I have extensive experience supporting immigrant and refugee communities from Africa and the Caribbean. Passionate about social justice, I incorporate trauma-informed, CBT, DBT, and arts-based modalities to foster healing. My goal is to create a compassionate, safe space for clients to gain self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and reduce distress. Let’s work together to promote equity and personal growth.
