My approach helps clients uncover underlying needs behind behaviors such as sex, pornography, or infidelity, while developing healthier coping skills. I provide court-mandated psychosexual risk assessments and work with the Maine Department of Corrections to deliver targeted sex offense counseling. Additionally, I support women navigating postpartum, infertility, or divorce challenges. Utilizing evidence-based methods like EMDR, I assist clients in processing trauma and reducing hypervigilance to foster resilience and overall well-being.
