I specialize in addressing complex mental health challenges across all ages, from children to seniors. With strengths in empathy, discernment, and responsiveness, I provide personalized support rooted in developmental theories and strength-based crisis management. My expertise includes working with oppositional and defiant youth, as well as adults experiencing emotional and relational difficulties. I collaborate closely with families, physicians, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. My approach combines psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and neuropsychological techniques, backed by research and proven methods. I am a Fellow of the Minnesota Society for Clinical Social Work and a Diplomate of the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work.
