As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Music Therapist (MTBC), I am dedicated to supporting diverse individuals, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. I hold a master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Therapies from Lesley University. My integrative approach combines Person-Centered, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Music Therapy to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, gender dysphoria, and grief.
