I offer client-centered therapy for children and adolescents, emphasizing their strengths, choices, and self-exploration. Specializing in issues such as anxiety, emotional regulation, peer relationships, family conflicts, and self-esteem, I utilize play, art, sand tray, and expressive therapies to foster healing. I work closely with families to enhance understanding and strengthen bonds, and I provide supportive space for adoptees and LGBTQ+ youth navigating identity challenges. With a background as an early childhood educator, I create a nurturing environment where children feel safe to express themselves, build confidence, and discover their inner resilience.
