With over 20 years of experience, I offer specialized insight-oriented therapy, including dream work and relational psychoanalysis. As a licensed Indiana Mental Health Counselor, Diplomate of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, and AAMFT Supervisor, I provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy. My approach combines Jungian and Intersubjective techniques, utilizing attachment-based Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and EMDR for PTSD. I welcome clients with spiritual concerns, faith-based questions, or those seeking a safe, supportive environment. Located at CTS Counseling Center in NW Indianapolis, I also supervise counseling students and promote holistic mental health.
