Hi, I’m Gabby. I provide compassionate mental health support for children, teens, adults, couples, and families, emphasizing a systemic approach with elements of gestalt, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based therapies. Growing up in a large family in Acadiana, I value family connections and am passionate about helping families thrive, especially those of service members. I also specialize in addressing peer relationships, identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, developmental changes, and ADHD. With training in Sandtray Therapy and the Gottman Method, I am dedicated to guiding you through growth and healing in a safe, supportive environment.
