Gerald "Rob" Carter is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist specializing in children's mental health since 2012. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, Rob utilizes evidence-based Adlerian Play Therapy to help children, teens, and adults overcome emotional challenges. His approach emphasizes play as a primary intervention, fostering a supportive and engaging environment. Rob is a member of the Association for Play Therapy and the Central Texas Chapter. With extensive experience as a foster and adoptive parent, and a retired U.S. Army veteran, Rob provides compassionate, expert care tailored to each individual’s needs.
