As a seasoned psychotherapist with 16 years in Las Vegas and 19 years in China, I specialize in guiding clients toward deep healing, self-leadership, and self-compassion. My integrative approach combines Western science with Eastern wisdom to support rewiring neuro-networks, attachment patterns, and autonomic nervous systems. Certified in Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Trauma-Focused CBT, and trained in IFS, EMDR, and Polyvagal Theory, I also offer expertise in healing generational and developmental trauma.
