Welcome! I'm Heather Vinti, a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Public Health. With specialized training in Sexual Health, Sex Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I take a holistic, connection-focused approach to support your growth and healing. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for teens and adults facing challenges like trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and exploring sexual or gender identity. Passionate about trauma recovery through EMDR, I also specialize in sexual health concerns—including desire, dysfunction, and shame—and proudly serve LGBTQIA+, poly, kink, and erotically marginalized communities.
