Driven by my personal journey through cancer survival, substance abuse recovery, and overcoming depression, I was inspired to become a licensed clinical social worker. After earning my MSW from NYU in 2002, I gained over 20 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, and private practice, helping clients navigate life's challenges. My own struggles have enriched my empathetic approach, blending talk therapy, mindfulness, humor, and tailored interventions.
