As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2013, I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, and habits using evidence-based TEAM-CBT, developed by Dr. David Burns. With a Bachelor’s in Communications (2006) and a Master’s with honors in Mental Health Counseling (2013), I am a National Certified Counselor and a Level II TEAM-CBT Therapist. I serve on the National Board of Certified Counselors and was honored with the Healthcare Champion Emerging Leader Award in 2023. Committed to empowering clients, I focus on teaching practical tools to transform distorted beliefs, fostering lasting mental wellness and resilience.
