Welcome! As a play-based, mixed-model therapist, I provide compassionate, authentic support for children, adolescents, and young adults. I believe healing thrives through connection, safety, and trust—plus a touch of playfulness. For ages 2-18, I create a nurturing environment to address anxiety, grief, trauma, behavioral issues, and life transitions, fostering emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence through trauma-informed care. For young adults (18-25), I support identity, attachment, and adjustment challenges, especially for those with foster or adoption backgrounds. Together, we build resilience and strengthen family bonds in a warm, supportive setting.
