Navigating life's challenges can be difficult, but healing is possible. As an experienced therapist, I offer an integrative approach that combines compassionate, research-based counseling with Christian principles. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel valued as image-bearers of Christ. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing issues like depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Specializing in adolescents, college students, and young adults, I am dedicated to guiding clients toward hope and growth. A Jackson native, I enjoy serving our community and spending time with my golden retriever, Noah, exploring, cooking, and sports.
