As a Certified Sex Therapist and co-founder of the Center for Sexual and Relational Health, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples facing sexual and porn addiction, compulsive behaviors, infidelity, and related trauma. As a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, I also assist partners in navigating the emotional challenges caused by these issues. Trained by leading organizations, including the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists and IITAP, I utilize advanced therapies like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Licensed across multiple states, I provide confidential telehealth services. I also offer workshops for colleges, churches, and community groups on topics such as addiction, healthy sexuality, and strengthening relationships.
