With over a decade of experience in mental health, I am dedicated to guiding clients toward discovering their purpose and building fulfilling lives. I specialize in navigating life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and body image issues. Holding a BA in Psychology from St. Edward’s University and a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, I bring diverse experience from university counseling, inpatient care, and now, Gateway Psychological Services. I work with adults through individual, couples, and family therapy, helping them achieve meaningful growth and resilience in their lives.
