With over a decade of experience, I am a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) specializing in mental health support for adults 18 and older. I have expertise in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, and eating disorders across various settings, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient therapy, as well as school-based programs. My approach combines behavioral methods with tailored treatment modalities to meet individual needs. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, completed coursework in Eating Disorder Treatment at Plymouth State University, and earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
