Based in Lexington, I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) fluent in English and Spanish, with a background in Biopsychology and Clinical Social Work from Oglethorpe University and Boston University. With experience spanning community organizing, mental health, and addiction recovery, I create a compassionate, safe space grounded in honesty, curiosity, and humor. I work with diverse clients of all ages, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, and relationship challenges.
