Based in New Orleans, I am a licensed mental health professional with a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Holy Cross and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. With extensive experience in diverse settings—including schools, outpatient clinics, and juvenile detention centers—I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults from various backgrounds. Trained under renowned supervisors, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate healing, growth, and empowerment.
