With personal experience navigating trauma and complex PTSD, I understand the courage it takes to pursue authenticity amid adversity. I specialize in working with creatives, highly sensitive individuals, and couples seeking genuine self-expression and meaningful relationships. Using a depth-oriented, somatic approach, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) therapies to facilitate healing from trauma. Additionally, I am certified in trauma-informed weightlifting, helping clients reconnect with their bodies safely and confidently. Through compassionate, collaborative therapy—available both in-person and online—we explore survival strategies to foster self-awareness, authenticity, and resilience.
