Licensed in Maine and Massachusetts, I am dedicated to fostering healing and personal growth within a safe, supportive space. Specializing in working with young adults and adults, I have additional expertise with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. Using approaches such as psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (Level 1 trained), and feminist theories, I help clients explore how past experiences influence present life and navigate their various identities—gender, sexuality, race, and more.
