Hi, I'm Renay Lyons, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada and Virginia, as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families through both in-person and telehealth sessions. My approach is solution-focused, prioritizing immediate relief from distress before exploring deeper issues with modalities like CBT. I believe psychoeducation empowers clients by increasing understanding of their mind and body, fostering control and growth.
