Hello, I’m Nilsa Rohaidy, a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and LPC, specializing in ADHD-CCSP. With a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Iona College and training in EMDR (RTEP-GTEP), I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. Utilizing evidence-based methods like CBT, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I support clients of all ages in overcoming anxiety, depression, postpartum challenges, grief, and self-esteem issues.
