With a lifelong passion for counseling, I earned my bachelor's degree in Public Health, specializing in Human Development and Family Studies, with minors in Counseling and Psychology from Indiana University. My experience includes nearly two years working in inpatient behavioral health, collaborating with healthcare teams to support individuals facing depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and more. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I serve clients aged 8 to 75, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate space to empower clients and develop personalized strategies for growth and well-being.
