Inspired by insights from Richard Reeves’ *Of Boys and Men*, I work exclusively with men and boys navigating a complex world where traditional roles are evolving. Together, we explore pathways to fulfillment amid life's chaos, cultivating virtues like compassion, courage, and wisdom to foster genuine integration. While I utilize various psychosocial approaches, my primary focus is the existential model, emphasizing universal therapeutic factors to guide men toward resilience, purpose, and authentic self-understanding in the late 2020s.
