Sara integrates emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy techniques to foster emotional expression, regulation, and healing. Passionate about working with individuals exploring intersecting identities, she creates a safe space for authentic growth. With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Lesley University, Sara’s diverse experience in inpatient and residential care enhances her flexible, intentional approach to mental health support.
