With over 17 years of experience, I am dedicated to guiding individuals and families through healing from trauma using evidence-based approaches, primarily EMDR certification. I have a strong background working with children, teens, adults, and LGBTQIA+ clients, including those in the trans community. My practice is kink- and body-positive, focusing on trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and navigating life transitions. I also teach skills to improve relationships and foster personal growth. As a licensed counselor and supervisor, I am committed to supporting clients on their journey from pain to hope, empowering them to become their best selves.
